This is clarification of terms and conditions with respect to how the classes operate. It has been a couple of years since this has gone round and since we have had lots of new people join since then it make sense to clarify how the classes operate. 

£26 a month, paid at the beginning of the month entitles you to four lessons for that month at one a week. 

If you cannot make a class you are allowed to make up the class during that month by coming along twice during another week of that month. 

Missed classes can only be carried over to a new month if you have paid for the new month and at the discretion of Dean Smith Art. 

If you do not pay for the month or you pay as you go, you cannot carry over classes and your place cannot be guaranteed. 

When it is 5 week month (for example 5 Wednesdays in a month) the extra class is a bonus class, we do not charge you for that extra class and it cannot be carried over or made up should you miss it. 

Hot Drinks are 50p regardless of whether you bring your own Tea or Coffee, it still costs money to heat up the urn and keep it hot.
